This is the first time we’ve partnered with Best Companies to deliver our annual colleague survey and therefore the first time we’ve had the opportunity to be recognised in this way. We placed alongside household names such as Joules, Octopus Energy and Sofology.
I’m extremely proud to achieve this recognition from Best Companies which is a huge credit and testament to every one of our colleagues, both as individuals and as a team. However, to be a truly great place to work and build a career I recognise the importance of reflecting, continuing to challenge ourselves and each other, and never becoming complacent. Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We know achieving our mission is only possible with an engaged and passionate team and want everyone to feel at home at Midland Heart. I’m committed to us doing everything we can to support, develop and listen to our teams because I want everyone here to have the opportunity to thrive. It’s important to me that people to enjoy coming to work and taking pride in making our homes places customers want to live.
