Midland Heart announces Tpas accreditation

The accreditation from Tpas, England’s leading tenant engagement experts, highlights the sustained work by Midland Heart to engage with tenants and involve them a range of decision making on issues which affect them. To receive the Tpas Accreditation, Midland Heart has had to showcase its tenant-focussed framework, strategy and results – with Tpas testing the impact made through on site observations and tenant interviews.

It is a brilliant achievement to have our successful tenant engagement approach recognised through the Tpas Accreditation process. The news comes just six months after the launch of our new corporate plan, Tenants at Heart, and shows how our colleagues are putting our Midland Heart Mindset into action by listening to tenants on what they need, setting clear expectations, and delivering on our promises.
